- Provide exceptional customer support via various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.

- Assist clients in setting up and managing web hosting, servers, and domain names.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Offer technical guidance and insights to clients to maximize the value of our services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolution in our CRM system.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing services and web solutions.
- Strong expertise in web hosting, server management, and domain name administration.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Arabic, Urdu, and English.
