Job Summary:

As the Sales Marketing Manager for the MENA region, you will have the opportunity to lead our sales efforts and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base across the Middle East and North Africa. Leveraging your 15 years of experience in sales and marketing within the digital marketing and advertising agency industry, you will spearhead strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and solidify our presence in the region. With your proven track record of exceeding sales targets and your profound understanding of digital marketing trends, you will be instrumental in maximizing our clients’ discovery potential and overall profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies: Lead the formulation and implementation of sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives in the MENA region. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand our market presence.
  • Client relationship management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients in the region.
  • New business acquisition: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through a proactive and consultative sales approach. Leverage your extensive network and industry knowledge to secure new clients.
  • Team leadership and mentoring: Manage and guide the regional sales team to deliver exceptional results. Provide coaching and support to enhance their performance and professional growth.
  • Market research and intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. Utilize this knowledge to refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration with internal teams: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and account management teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and client satisfaction. Collaborate on the development of tailored solutions for clients.
  • Sales performance analysis: Track and analyze sales data to measure performance against targets. Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing within the digital marketing and advertising agency industry, with a focus on the MENA region.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages commonly spoken in the MENA region is a plus.
  • Added advantage for proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Russian, Spanish, Chinese, or Arabic.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
